  • Sizing issues

    Returns:

    You have 7 calendar days after delivery to notify our Customer Service Department , https://www.facebook.com/CinderellasClosetHelpDesk/ of your desire to return an item. To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Any evidence of use or mishandling will disqualify an item from consideration for a return.

    Photographic and computer resolutions often cause variation in the depicted color or clothing pattern of an item. Sizing discrepancies sometimes occur between clothing manufacturers. These incidences do not qualify as defects; therefore, approval for return will be at the discretion of Cinderella’s Closet.

    Store credit/exchanges will be issued, after we receive your return, in the form of a credit in the amount paid less shipping and handling charges. You are responsible for any shipping costs incurred in the return and replacement of merchandise unless otherwise agreed to by our Customer Service Department.

    If you return an item without notifying our Customer Service Department, or, if upon inspection, an item does not meet the terms stated above, the item will be held for a period not to exceed 10 calendar days and you will be contacted. If after 10 days we have not heard from you, the item will be donated to a charitable organization or local homeless shelter.

    Exchanges:

    Exchanges will be considered on stock items that are not limited issue. Approval for an exchange will be handled by our Customer Service Department. You are responsible for any shipping costs incurred in the return and replacement of merchandise unless otherwise agreed to by our Customer Service Department.

    Defective Merchandise:

    You have 5 calendar days after delivery to contact our Customer Service Department about defective merchandise. Photographic and computer resolutions often cause variation in the depicted color or clothing pattern of an item. Sizing discrepancies sometimes occur between clothing manufacturers. These incidences DO NOT qualify as defects; therefore, approval for return will be at the discretion of Cinderella’s Closet. We are not responsible for damages incurred during shipping and should be addressed directly with the carrier. You are responsible for any shipping costs incurred in the return and replacement of merchandise unless otherwise agreed to by our Customer Service Department.
